Prescription Items:
Products marked with (Rx) require a prescription. Once you have placed your order, please Fax, mail, or e-mail your prescription (provided by your Veterinarian) for your pet. Please reference your order number when corresponding. As soon as your prescription is received, we will ship your Prescription medication. Prescriptions are not required for those items available (OTC) Over The Counter. If you should require us to contact your Veterinarian for a prescription on your behalf, please provide your Veterinarian's Name, Telephone Number, and your Pet's Name when placing your order -- under comments. Due to State and Federal law, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications. Please make your selections carefully.
Fraudulent Activity:
Never issue a Charge Back with your credit card company. We will report those who attempt fraudulent activity to our collection agency. This will result in a negative feedback on you. It will result in black listing you on many other sites on the internet. And this will further adversely affect your credit rating.
If you are unhappy with the items you received and wish a credit, Please return your unopened item(s) with a Tracking Number or you can e-mail us and we will arrange for a pickup of your unwanted item.
